At Makera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Makera account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
